Rehab Champions Continuing Education is offering continuing education courses on DVD’s. All of our On-site Continuing Education courses have been recorded live as the courses are being presented and offered on DVD’s. When you purchase the DVD’s you will be mailed the DVD’s, course notebook and one testing booklet(e-mailed). More than one therapist can view the DVD courses without purchasing additional DVD sets; just purchase extra sets of testing booklets. Scroll down to view the courses which are available on DVD’s. Instructions for receiving your certificate for CE’s: Contact Hours / CCU’s or CEU’s

Please complete the following steps.

• view the DVDs
• fill out the CEU application form
• fill out the evaluation form
• complete the written test
• mail the CEU application form, the evaluation form and the written test to Rehab Champions Continuing Education or you may e-mail them as an attachment.

As soon as we receive your paperwork we will process your certificate. This usually takes about 2-3 days. Your certificate will be dated the day you complete the course. Your certificate will be e-mailed

More than one person may receive C.E.’s: Contact Hours / CCU’s or CEU’s by purchasing one set of DVDs. Extra testing booklets may be purchased at a very reasonable fee..
